Payment data
Card numbers, CVV and 3D Secure codes are not stored in Sarman Soft's order database. Card details are entered in QNB Pay's payment environment. Records such as payment outcome, amount and transaction ID are used to verify orders.
Technical data and choices
Technical logs are processed for secure sessions, error detection and misuse prevention. Request source IP addresses are stored as keyed hashes; infrastructure may separately retain access logs. Data categories, legal bases, recipients and your rights are described in the Personal Data Notice . Accepting this policy alone does not authorise non-essential marketing or tracking.
